You might be at a disadvantage then. I think most of the posters are shareholders of record on July 30,1999. We should of all received our printed copies of Global Thermoelectric Inc. shareholder rights plan by now.

Could someone please give me an interpertation of the clause on page 7 titled "The Rights" in particular the sentence containing ",one share at the price of $35 per share, subject to adjustment (Exercise Price)". Bearing in mind the auditors are Ernst & Young, the transfer agent is Montreal Trust and the corporation's banker is the Bank of Nova. Scotia.

I was given a "tip to buy" last week; but after a little research, I think this was a promoted "tip". Better to stay away.

Message 10890640

if it bugs you to see a good stock fall out of bed, blame it on the promoter who tried to sucker me in on Friday.

Now, now ruby if I'm not mistaken you stayed away didn't you? That's not what you stated in your last post....

In addition thereto, why would someone hold 2000 shares supposedly bought around the 9 range when they think the stock is going to plummet to 4?????????

Quit playing some games dude or dudette.

People can see right through you , trust me ....

I guess you covered your short now and decided to go long.... Pretty pathetic behaviour if you ask me

... the truth is ...

Ruby, I agree with AK! As far as I am concerned, based on your past posts and behavior, everything you say is questionable and suspect.

In your past posts, you were quite obviously trying to "talk the price down". Why would you do that if you were holding 2000 shares? As for buying in based on a "hot tip", well I hope you've learned your lesson and begin doing your own due diligence before jumping aboard ANY stock.

If you want me to believe that you have turned over a new leaf and are NOW telling the truth, you will have to earn my trust with your future participation in, and contributions to, this forum.
