Earthquake reported in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO, Aug 17 (Reuters) - A quake measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale hit the San Francisco area on Tuesday night but there were no immediate reports of damage or injury, officials said.

The quake hit on the same day that a major earthquake struck Western Turkey killing more than 2,000 people, burying hundreds of people and measuring over 7 on the Richter scale.

... interesting read indeed.

Could the grand cross have something to do with how the sun's gravitational field is "stretched". I'd imagine so. And if all planets aligning make the sun's gravitational field "bend" this would account for the increase in solar activity. It could give great light into quantifying the theory that gravity is a two way street. One would have to also imagine that the earth's gravity field would also be affected (similarly?). No solar flares, though... as we are not a big flaming ball in space yet. (as predicted by some???)

It may mean the end of the current bull market in stocks, or at least this current rally? Yogi
