Yep...

I've never ruled out the possibility of a short squeeze, but I have no illusions as to the global economic damage that may result.

And I just can't believe that GS would show their hand so blatantly.

We'll see.. but I'm not going to get excited about gold as an alternative investment until I see some more evidence. Besides shorting the market works just as well.

I can think of a number of better ways to make a 20% gain than putting my money into gold.

And short squeezes often find themselves creating more damage to the underlying market after everone's covered. Then you have nothing but sellers left.
