If so, you are aware of how many times we have been told by good 'ld Spenc that the audited numbers are coming "shortly." Seems his "shortly" can be sometime within the next year or so. Going to be real interesting to see he does, in fact, meet the new Naz rules on reporting or if all of us suddenly find ourselves holding stock with no place to trade it. jb
