I've been watching MDRX, too, and imagine it will turn out to be a good trader when the trends emerge. I don't like their business as much as CMDX; it's going to be hard to compete with larger, more established companies that have the formulary integrated into broader medical-management packages. Good concept, but implementation with sufficient scale will be quite a challenge.
