All I know is I bought Sep 70 puts today. Given the way WCOM has dealt with this REGARDLESS OF WHOSE FAULT IT WAS, it would be enough to make me go elsewhere for service. No amount of apology or assurance would restore my confidence after having sunshine blown up my ass for 10 straight days. I'm looking for lawsuits to happen in the next week or two, or at the very least, the cancellation of service agreements. If it was WCOM's fault with the databases - and that sounds like something that could screw things up that bad for that long - I would expect LU to find someone else to work for.

Life is too short to work for stupid customers.

IMNSHO.

Regards,

Doug
