Thank you for the info. I read the report from GHE twice and saw nothing about a 25 to 1 consolidation. What I did read is that the original 5 to 1 consolidation will indeed go ahead, reducing the number of shares outstanding from 20 some odd million to 4 and change. They then revised their articles (of incorporation) to allow them to issue up to 100 million shares (which is what they had in place before the consolidation). If they had not done this, the maximum allowable float, under the articles, would have dropped to 20 million, as a result of the rollback. I hope this helps. Regards.

Sorry Robert. Disregard my previous post, I was very busy today. You are right, our investment is now worth only 1/25th of what is was. In fact it is worse, if you take into account the shares issued to wipe out past debt. Maybe, just maybe, my wife's 20,000 or so shares will eventually buy me me a square of beer (at least the good Canadian stuff). If so, and you are near Toronto, I will invite you over for a pint. Beer always tastes better with the salt of a few tears in it. Regards.

Have you heard anything further? Or is this the end of the road for GHE? Regards.
