Good morning, MNI....I buried my grandmother yesterday, so I am more sleepless than normal....I think that the systems are improvable, and that anything which adds to the burden of a potential aggressor is good....Of course, I would not rely upon SDI alone, but in a world where the danger is more from rogue states and terrorists than anything else, it might be very effective....On the other hand, I have said before that we may have more to fear from a terrorist with an anthrax bomb than nuclear weapons, anyway...
