Rob, thanks for the continued relaying of information. There is much more than stock price required to get on Nasdaq. A R/S wouldn't, in and of itself, guarantee it, so I don't suspect that they will do it just for that. Using the private placement/dilution argument doesn't work either, since the actual market cap doesn't change during a R/S. The primary task these folks have in front of them, IMO, is becoming fully reporting. And it will take a couple of years after that to get on Naz -- assuming that's where they want to be. Tony
