Anyone holding certs that are not restricted can aell through a brokerage by having the cert put in street name ... Now this is the way I understand it. However, the TA has not change the street name figure since I been buying in from July 29, 1999.

SO I am again getting a lesson in just how the market works in reference to certs and the street name shares.

I am being told the cert shares have to be transfered into street name to be sold. Now if that is correct then I am confused. Going to work on this more today with a new york broker than does not buy OTC regardless. The SEC always advises people to consult a professional so I found one that can not, will not, and does not buy in the OTC arena. His opinion and advise is invaluable.
