i appreciate your response as i am ignorant of the market it appears to be a growing market and with general downdraughting in the inuts, there may be some opportunity thanks ynot ;)

Downsouth, thanks for your informed response. Any comments about what kind of threat Dell's announcement a few days ago that they would be offering a caching appliance in Europe using Novell's software? Dell does sell NTAP's file servers, but for the caching appliance, looks like Dell will be a competitor. Don't know why they didn't just choose to resell NTAP's/ Any comments would be appreciated.
