Mike, Well said, it is obvious that fcm has problems, the best part is that when facts are examined things become even more confusing and cloudy. Look at what buswell said regarding the network expanding significantly only weeks after the lawsuit was filed by fcm / fnet in which they state that usat is no longer a customer. Look at the claim of 1000 breeze's ordered by usat. dbest posted that helen told him fcm / fnet non compete clause was upheld in a Federal Court and then days later usat announces that Magruder is officially hired. So much more just does not add up, yet it goes on & on. I often wonder what the end result is going to be.
