I believe in the Contrarian view on things when it comes to the Stock Market. Right now every analyst I have heard recently thinks LU is a wonderful stock to own in the Long Term, but right now it is a little pricey, and they wouldn't be buying it. Is it pricey......probably, but I've seen it trade like this before...run up, drift down, base and move up again. I believe we have bottomed here, will base shortly, and move to new highs in fall, causing all analysts to buy back in on the upturn! OMHO

Greg,

Both CSCO and LU know what they are doing. "Lazy cash" is not one of their principles. It's understandable necessity of business expansion.
As long both of them will keep their acquisition activity within reasonable limits I have nothing to fear!
