Mike, don't sweat it too much I gossip with insiders at several publically traded company's every week, and even they often don't get or have accurate information. even when they do, their legal team may advice different timing. you eventually learn which sources you can trust and which you can't, so always take it with a grain of salt, and please don't keep this information to yourself in the future, just be sure to state how you got the tip from, exactly what was said, and let the reader make up his own mind.
