I agree. Similar to SMTG situation, possibly worse due to the hostility of some shareholders. Thought the FAQs help explain the situation.Think people forget or do not understand that being in contact with a regulatory agency is not having a formal meeting with them. Xoma provided them with preliminary results and asked them if they would like to see all the data. The FDA agreed. This is positive. Saw exactly the same type of situation with another regulatory agency. here is our preliminary merger plan. Would you like to see the full plan and the supporting documents? They said yes, after they went through the preliminary plan. We were pleased because they could have said your preliminary plan is not of interest so we are not going to agree to a review of your full plan.
