That is indeed a valid concern, but given the P's conversion rate (6 common for each P), at current prices, the commons would have to be valued under .23 for the P's to be "Fairly Valued"..

Kevin,

There is no doubt there will be a dilutive effect on the stock. I guess it depends on what the P holders will do with the stock once the conversion takes place and what PLCO does to increase share price through their net plans and expansion. I guess the two go hand in hand. The potential here is great. Hope PLCO pulls it off.
