Scam or hot stock. Anthony vs TokyoMex? In this post, Anthony alleges that all the recent gains in IMAA are solely due to TokyoJoe pump and dump scheme.beta.siliconinvestor.com Well Ant, it didn't quite work out like you wanted everyone to think eh? Folks, this guy may be manipulating you as much as he alleges tokyo whoever and all the rest are. Either that or he is very paranoid. Let's look at another, more probable scenario explaining the recent activity in IMAA. *OK, IMAA started to become active on Aug 9th. ---->Anthony@ Equity's Fantasy Scenario: Now Anthony would have you believe that this was Tokyo, secretly accumulating shares of IMAA, all part of his premeditated plan to fleece innocent investors out of their money. ---->Reality: IMAA releases a very upbeat and encouraging Press Release regarding their latest venture, "Buyingedge.com" after the bell. A moderate increase in volume was seen in the session prior to the PR but no price increase. It is quite common for stocks to become more active going into periods of news and activity as insiders buy (the PR firm, the company's friends etc.). If Tokyo, with all his presumed riches accumulated on this day why didn't it go up? *Aug 11-13 The price of IMAA rose from 3 1/2 to 3 5/8 on Thurs the 12th on light volume and then to 4 1/16 at the end of day Friday the 13th on moderate to heavy volume. ---->Anthony@ Equity's Fantasy Scenario: Here Anthony is under the ludicrous delusion that the activity in IMAA during this period closely tracks Tokyo's activities as he tells friends and "bigger traders" about his big plan. ---->Reality: IMAA mentions on its web site on the 12th and on Friday the 13th within their quarterly results release, that they are in partnership with CMGi's @Ventures in developing buyingedge.com. Those who track the company start buying more on the exciting news. Word starts to spread about the news with CMGI, volume increases as does price going into the weekend. Note this post on raging bull on Friday morning when a savvy poster figures it out, before Tokyo makes his call imploring people to "BUY" maybe he's part of the "conspiracy" Anthony...hehehe:ragingbull.com *On Monday the 16th, IMAA closes up more than two points at 6 5/32, as might be expected as news of the CMGI partnership spreads. During this day Tokyo allegedly emailed his members to let them in on this profitable momentum play. ---->Anthony@ Equity's Fantasy version: Here Anthony thinks that the sole reason for IMAA's advance is that Tokyo is pulling his scam...gee it wouldn't have anything to do with people starting to realize what type of opportunity is emerging here would it Anthony? ---->Reality: People are starting to realize what type of opportunity they have here. Witness these posts on the eve before Tuesday's session: ragingbull.com ragingbull.com *Tuesday Aug. 16th is another strong day for IMAA. It peaks over 9 and closes up another 7/8 or so at 6 31/32. ---->Anthony@ Equity's Fantasy version: Today Anthony believes that all of the hub-bub, almost 3 million shares worth is all due to the alleged Tokyo pump and dump scheme. ---->Reality: As more people realize that the next Priceline is being spun out of IMAA in partnership with CMGi, they buy in...as do momentum traders and daytraders, and of course, shorters, like Anthony. Also, IMAA has news of an exciting new initiative with Sky Alland, Oracle and Lucent:bigcharts.com ...gee Anthony, this wouldn't have anything to do with the rise in price would it? Heheheh. Oh and here's proof that other entities were pushing it along as well:bigcharts.com *Ok now we get to Wedensday Aug 17th (today). As the float dries up (it was only 4 Million or so), and people old and new buy more, the price goes up dramatically. ---->Anthony@ Equity's Fantasy Version: Anthony posts the post to which I am replying, where his description of the recent activity in IMAA is clearly delusional. In his now laughable allegation, he says that this afternoon, when IMAA was trading at around $7, was supposed to be where "Volume dries up and Tokyo Joke walks away." Yeah, the volume sure dried up! Yeah right. And in another loser defamatory post, he says "Short it till you cant see anymore @ 7 3/4..Tokyo Joe is the scum behind this rally." Yeah that was a winning play Anthony, how many people lost money because of posts like that? Didn't you read the CMGI news of this partnership with CMGI to develop buyingedge.com? Maybe you just didn't hear about IMAA's recent work with Lucent and Oracle...hmmm. Anthony ends the other libelous post with this: "This is In my opinion Criminal Activity easy to spot and easy to short into" Well Anthony, I'd say that if what you allege was actually true, then you are acting in concert with the perpetrators of the conspiracy by shorting the stock at the "dump phase", thus further fleecing innocent investors. In my opinion, and possibly in the law's opinion, this makes you just as much a part of the "crime" as anyone else. ---->Reality: Yes, reality sucks sometimes Anthony. Like when you aggressively short a stock that recently announced plans with CMGi and Lucent And Oracle etc. Don't blame Tokyo for your losses. He recognized an opportunity to grab a piece of this train at 4 1/4 and ride it for all its worth, it's not his fault you got caught on the wrong side of the tracks. Anthony, you are clearly delusional and it is affecting the way you think and trade and worst of all it is affecting others (calling a short of IMAA @ 7 3/4). I suggest you seek professional help before you get you or anyone else into deeper trouble. ---------- DISCLOSURE: As of the time of this post I own 500 shares in IMAA. I will trade them at my will.
