This offering may be worthwhile in the long run, if SanDisk can put more manufacturing capacity on-line. But short term, I think it will be viewed as dilutive, and the stock probably will go down. Look how long it took investors in the secondary offering to recover their investments.

I thought the company would have put through a stock split at about this price.
