Wally, I agree that the laundry is aired real fast, but I don't always believe that just because a company is first to cry "foul" necessarily makes them clean. I forget who said... "Always deny everything, and when faced with incontrovertable evidence, admit to a lesser crime." It might have been me. :) Either way, I think my best policy is to try to avoid companies with that kind of controversy because even if they are sterling, the negative sentiment can affect your investment.
