I don't really like the way TRI is acting, but assuming that the directors of APT are acting in the best interest of the stockholders, then TRI has to be worth 30 or more. It's FFO and book value indicate that also. So... one wonders why APT would want to drive down their stock from 50 to 25 or less, unless they thought they were buying something worth 35-40 or more, or they thought their stock was really only worth $22.00 or less.
