henster, I had ivtx shares that were converted to thcl shares. I sold them before the split at 4 1/8. This way I wouldnt have to go through all the bs. I also sold all but a token amount of bgix at 1.75, on the same day. Seems like my plan worked. I fugure to pick up THCLV shares in a week or two at .50 or better. At least thats my hope.

Henster,

I am still sitting on my shares labeled "THCL.OLD"
I complained to my brokerage firm which said that
they filed papers with the SEC to get the details of the split as they must do this before they can distribute
the shares...this was last week (thursday) This is the stupidest friggin split I have ever seen...in the meantime, my nice profit is going away as the "THCLV" shares go down in value...I knew this company was run by a bunch of @$$wholes just by reading the moronic press release explaining the split. Let me know if you have gotten your shares yet and what broker you are using...if I can verify that others have got theirs yet - I am going to tell my broker to get with the program.
