No reverse split!!!! If EDIG want reverse split, they should have done before delisted from NASDAQ in 97. Even though it was down to 5 cents, there was no reverse split. Currently, there is no advantage of reverse split at all. Just keep watching the development of digital music industry. We will get to Nasdaq.

Why would a reverse split even cross their minds - thought the primary reason for those was to reduce float/raise over-diluted share prices. Doesn't appear that either case is true; not now nor down the road. JMHO
