Mads...I have been waiting for quite a few months to get this far. I think the stock was unceremoniously dumped by those who just lost patience. The concept here is an exceptional one and I am looking forward to the announcement that this deal is wrapped up. Then maybe the company will un-wrap some of the future plans here. I agree w/the Alert-Inv on the chart read and the stock is looking a LOT healthier in the past week or so. Probably a good time to buy.

An excellent post and thank you.

I like the business; while it may look dull as yesterday's
mashed potatoes, it's smart -- it fills it's own little niche as it fulfills an impt. need for catalogers, corporate reports and such in a thrifty, swift manner -- and I suspect time will reveal it does so with above average profit margins.

But the Internet incubator direction draws interest. Not dull!
Do you have a sense of how the businesses they want to acquire
make the cut? Criteria?

Thanks for anything else you can add.

BTW Peter, it's gratifying to see that someone of your stature
and that of Gary Grobbel, your peer as a respected micro-cap analyst,
like a stock that my friends and have bought rather enthusiastically.

Where are you publishing your reports and editorials these days? I lost track of where you were.
