Matey Thanks...the transfer of shares is another possible answer. All options but Mr. Staudt's are out of the money at .70 so it can't be anyone cashing in old options. I was told that the insiders are not trading until the deal is announced so that rules out Mr. Staudt cashing in his options. Although I try and keep track of houses and try and figure out what they are doing, because of multiple accounts and share transfers it is often just an educated guessing game. Best Regards KEITH
