Thanks...the transfer of shares is another possible answer. All options but Mr. Staudt's are out of the money at .70 so it can't be anyone cashing in old options. I was told that the insiders are not trading until the deal is announced so that rules out Mr. Staudt cashing in his options. Although I try and keep track of houses and try and figure out what they are doing, because of multiple accounts and share transfers it is often just an educated guessing game.
