<<I've noticed over the past few months in Investors Business Daily in the mutual fund section where the various funds list their top buys and sells for the period that Dell was usually a sell. An awful lot of funds must have dumped Dell and thus depressing the stock. Very few buys were posted. If the funds start buying again (herd mentality) then Dell should be back to the good old days of $1-5 increase on some days.>>

Howard: I have noticed the same thing.....my hunch is that in the next few weeks you'll see many of the large Growth Funds buying more DELL. In fact my hunch is that some of them own way too much HWP and IBM. Do you think DELL is growing faster and has more upside <G>.?? I sure wouldn't bet against DELL right now.....and many of the Funds are what we call fast followers -- they wait for good news about a company's prospects to be verified and then board the train..!!

Best Regards,

Scott

I have a bitter taste in my mouth from the hell the faithless funds have put the Dell stock price through. I hope they wait until $55/share before their managers get the ok to buy.
