Carolyn - Yes, I think it is seasonal. Vacations, kids not in school, too nice to stay indoors in front of a screen; the whole market is slower in summer. This is summer #3 for me here, and it's happened every time.

Yeah, lots of hoop and holler on RB, but when you factor out all the noise, there's not much going on there either. :)
