If someone finds an example of a company "non-releasing" pivotal phase III data AND then going on successfully to registration, please let the thread now. We have seen already several examples of companies releasing numbers and p-values, without apparent fear of the FDA chewing their heads, or even slapping their hands.

Of course, we can say that this is a historical-biological-subpart-E-etc-etc-etc and shut-up-and-buy kind of situation. But I was wishing that maybe, just maybe, we can do better than that -g-
