Try 3 million shares... and yes Fuller is still paid in stock options. I checked the SEC documents on his contract, he's only contracted until October 6th or so. This is a strange lawsuit and I'm not sure what to make of it. The fact that Coates felt he had to file it worries me. If the Board is kept in the dark, who the hell runs the company? There is no wonder INPR is where it is today. If a board member can't get information about the company, how can they make informed decisions about the future of the company? It sounds like the Coates honeymoon is over. I wonder what they'll do to shut him up this time? In the meantime, the soap opera that is Inprise plays on...
