Typically, when analysts miss the boat on an upgrade, they start spreading rumors about the company so they can get in cheap again as the weak hands flee. This has happened on ORCL 3 times in the last year and a half, and it has happened twice on AAPL in the same time period. I think this is somebody who blew it, and is griping about the company because it made him look foolish. Then again....maybe we're the ones who will look foolish. But I don't think so.
