Net Arbitrage.

I have several email addresses, and about once a week I get a message sent to one of those addresses advertising something called the "World Currency Cartel". The message claims that if you sign up with the "Cartel", they'll show you "HOW TO CONVERT $25 INTO ONE HUNDRED OF LEGAL CURRENCY" - of course they don't tell you what currency the "ONE HUNDRED" is in (converting $25 to 100 Italian Lire, would perhaps not be such a good exchange). However, whenever I receive these email messages, I cannot help but think of Blodgett telling people "It's easy - you can convert $113 for one share of AMZN to $150 when the stock rises to that point - since that's my price target." But maybe I'm just getting too cynical.

Anyway for those interested in the World Currency Cartel, here is their claim (and please don't take this as a promotion of this band of criminals, uh, I mean 'organization'):
================================
We are glad to announce that for the first time and for a very short period of time, WORLD CURRENCY CARTEL will instruct a LIMITED number of people worldwide on 'HOW TO CONVERT $25 INTO ONE HUNDRED OF LEGAL CURRENCY'. We will transact the first conversion for you, after that you can easily and quickly do this on your own hundreds or even thousands of times every month. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS "SECRET FLAW"!
