I think your appraisal of him has more merit than the "difficult Position" excuse. He could have been compelled to stand behind his running mate but, he was not required to give him such glowing accolades. Then, to say he thought Clinton's actions were reprehensible to help his own campaign,is nothing short of lying...TD
