AT&T Corp. (T) 48 5/8 -1 3/16: telecommunications company files a formal complaint with regulators to end U S WEST's "out of control" service problems; believes that deteriorating service is harming AT&T's ability to operate in the Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, New Mexico and Washington region..... Earlier I posted a invitation of T's about USW service problems. What I didn't realize was this was not against the Media One (USW), but a complaint about the RBOC. So, when I thought this was directly negative, I suppose it's not. In fact, it seems a little unusual? Regards, Mark
