Yep! Its quite a joke. They float a cautionary statement made months ago,

"Before the customary quiet period leading up to the earnings report, Oracle's management called analysts late Monday and Tuesday. Chief executive and founder Larry Ellison discussed a few concerns but did not tell analysts to lower their current estimates."
