Supreme Court Decision On Prop 5 Slated For Monday

The California State Supreme Court has indicated that it will issue its
decision on Proposition 5 on Monday, August 23rd at 10:00 a.m. To schedule
interviews with tribal spokespersons and legal counsel Mark Epstein, contact

The designated tribal spokespersons are Pechanga Band of Mission Indians
tribal chairman and Prop 5 spokesman Mark Macarro, Viejas Band of Kumeyaay
Indians tribal chairman Anthony Pico and Morongo Band of Mission Indians
tribal chairperson Mary Ann Martin Andreas and legal counsel on the Supreme
Court case Mark Epstein.

Tribal representatives Macarro and Andreas will be in Los Angeles with
attorney Mark Epstein at the law firm of Munger, Tolles & Olson and will be
