USABanc was stupid to risk interfering with USABank. USABanc was stupid for wasting marketing on USABanc.com This is a small point but it is important. It is USBANK, not USABANK. Their names are very different. I do not think it is a small point. This is ridiculous. There will always be conflicts with short names. For instance who gets www.delta.com? Delta Power tools, Delta plumbing, Delta Airlines, Delta Dental insurance? Actually, it is a financial firm. This is such an obvious attempt at anti-competition. I cannot imagine that this would stand. In fact, I think they should counter sue for damages. US Bank is obviously not USABanc.com (sterss the dot com).
