look at this industry research. pay close attention to the average buy reco from the professional analysts regarding all the stocks on the list. also from a quick glance at earnings and P/E we should have about a 12-15 bagger if they really do file within 2 weeks like they said. if they don't file i take off 50%, so still should be a 6-7 bagger considering their amazing growth in revenues and profits. Filing the 10 by the NASD deadline date, which is October 1 for VLVT, (since they come under the deadline date for the CS ticker symbols), does not satisfy the NASD criteria for being in SEC compliance.

The 10 must be filed, reviewed during a SIXTY DAY time period, and then , if there are any concerns/questions from the SEC, the company responds to said issues. AFTER that period, if the SEC issues a NO FURTHER COMMENT, then and only then does the SEC bless them as in compliance and then the NASD will allow them to stay on the electronic OTCBB.

I know of one company that filed their 10 on May 14th of this year and the SEC waited nearly 2 1/2 months to give them a list of questions. They promptly responded to those questions but it will still be a miracle if they get the all clear from the SEC by September 1...a full 3 1/2 months after filing their 10.
