I did say "options aside" and I agree the protest letter is a must. As for missed targets, we've every reason to be upset with management, but personally I am most upset with the fact that they kept us in the dark when they knew (or ought to have known) that their projections were badly miscalculated. They can't do anything about that now, but that can step forward and do a better job at informing investors. Failure to do that will raise the ire of this thread further. This latest PR was a small, and I do mean very small step in that direction.

*I will only use the first name + first letter of the last name of the people that contacted me via e-mail

As mentioned in one of my earlier posts I will be sending in the letters unless 1/3+ of the votes are against it...

Until now, unless Flo has at least 100,000 shares... we are far from the 1/3 required to stop the forwarding of said protest letter (Norm only has 500 shares).

I will have some free time on my hands tomorrow and Friday which will allow me to draft a copy of said letter. I should be able to post a draft for Friday night... I will be compilating the votes until Tuesday 11:59 pm. I will be sending the copies out on Wednesday. I will find out if I can just put the names of the individuals with a (s) Jack Rayfield (for example). We do that for the SEDAR reports ... It usually represents an electronic signature. I'll find out what kind of info I need to include and will report to the forum tomorrow.
