I think it's BS from shorts. It would take a 5 alarm fire to shut down the entire plant.

I know people who work in the cellular/pcs industry. One of them was complaining to me that their company is screwed on the next product launch and at christmas (gross adds) if the handsets are delayed. I'm checking at some other companies to see if they know anything.
