Opal, Now maybe I'm being misconstrued as I didn't mean to imply that XOMA sue Bloomberg. The mere fact that they didn't issue a press release speaks volumes to the validity of this issue. My point was mainly about Castello. Where has he disappeared in this time of chaos? My reference to suing only applied to my personal situation and involved a reporter that wanted me to admit to something that I hadn't said. Needless to say, when the article was published it appeared that I had put the "fear of god" in her because the issue wasn't mentioned nor was I misquoted.
