Noise and vibration would keep it from climbing the dish to be a poof fit for a king. I've made it and it never fell so maybe mom was a little over protective of her best dish. It was mainly cheese and whipped eggs so I quit making it because of all this healthy eating garbage. Time to get the old book out and make it again. So rich it made my liver quiver and was sooo good. Hell I was thinner when I was eating it. Could it be that healthy eating makes us fat? I know it's boring as all get out.
