There is a company that supposedly had a breakthrough with fuel cells, if I'm remembering correctly. it's symbol is BAAT I think. I don't know if they are legit, it's a penny stock. They may have had some SEC trouble too. They also had a patent on a new way to seal the batteries which made them better for the car application. heard of it? They were working on a fuel cell driven prototype last year.

Edit: Apparently the company is doing badly, like most pennies! LOL.
