remember that the tightening bias was dropped last time around...so if they tighten now, a continuation of the neutral stance will mean nothing at all....

Bill:

I think we have another two wishy washy market days... Friday afternoon or some time on Monday we should see the up turn in the market... I agree that we'll get a 1/4 rate increase and a neutral bias... The best part of this is that market sentiment is turning more bearish... This adds that sense of disbelief when the market moves above its old highs... This is where the most explosive part of the move can happen...
