I'm not sure how the DJBB affects the dollar, but I do know that when it gives a big time P&F sell signal like it did in Feb., it usually indicates higher interest rates ahead (i.e. P&F sell signal came in February @ 106.0± when rates were 5.2±% and now it is at 100.0± with yield @ 6%).

FWIW, the DJBB P&F chart has just broken it's long term bull trend (dating back to '95) and is giving me an intermediate price projection of 95.0±.
