rl,

I just saw this penny stock outfit called "Dynamic
American" DACQ on the OTC get nailed by the SEC. It
was quite a stock scam. A friend of mine lost his
shirt with em. It was a shell company based in Utah.
They had connections with this mining firm in South
America and used the DACQ stock to pump and dump a
phoney mining claim. It netted the guys in charge
of the scam about 4 million. The reason the SEC took
action was that they failed to bother filing 10ks
since about 1995. So there you have it. The SEC is
not too concerned with what your public company does
to make a living. They just want you to file the paper
work on time. It appears that the BOD of SALV must
know this. They file the papers and as long as they
keep it up they will be ok.
