Vign closed up strong today on record volume. Hers the other 1mil plus volume days this year. It looks to me however that the price gain was a bit weak compared to past price moves at much lower volume. Perhaps there were an above normal amount of shares to be sold today. Looks worthy (right after open should provide a green ticky if the market doesn't get sick overnight) with a appropiate stop. However based upon valuation ARBA looks a bit more overvalued by a factor of 3 (compared to vign) thus ARBA might be a "riper" target, given practicle concerns about the slowdown in software decisions as we approach Y2K they both are probably going lower in the next few months.
