Sabre, you appear to be a knowledgeable trader but large accounts don't increase with your strategies, thats the problem. Its ok for a few thousand shares but thats it. I like trading myself for fun but for real money I agree with Danny, buy and hold over the long term, avoiding capital gains is the way to go.

idn't say I was perfect, just that it was a goal. If I was always nailing the tops, I wouldn't have shorted yesterday!
But I have to be good enough now to adjust and be smart.
