Ice, Yes, I see the scam potential, booking sales now when you get it over three years. Of course they can sell the paper and get a bit less cash right away. In is scammy and prone to the pubolic getting smarter and also prone to being copied and the country stores have extra high costs.

"Need a new computer. Got some credit problems? ..."

Ad for GTW. --ns--

His paper is published in a rural community/county where the per capita income is quite low.

This is pretty aggressive marketing.

Better buy GTW stock ... they are taking the lucrative welfare segment by storm. <g>
