There had to have been some dilution at some recent point. Here's why. CSMA had at most 32mm shares outstanding(they claimed only 25 mm). But let's say it was 32mm.

They issue 50 mm to reverse merge with VLVT. That brings the total to 82 mm, at most. Then they do a 1 for 25 reverse split, which reduces the share count to around 3.3 mm with no more than 1.3 mm in the float.

VLVT says there are 5.9mm shares out with 1.9 mm in the float. So where did the extra 2.6 mm shares come from?
