No Ideas as to why the run up. Maybe the proxy vote came out for the good of the stock. The company called me twice to ask me if I was voting. This means allot to me when the take the time to talk to shareholders.
I'm long with a sizable amount of shares from 8 1/2 to 13 3/4.
Looking to make out with all shares in the next 3 months.

Since my job seems to be the local skeptic, maybe the answer is the same as the reason that UBID went up 40% the same day -- or in the parlance of technical analysis, it went up because it went up.

Euphoria about internet stocks is returning maybe -- for a day or a week or 10 years, who knows? For stocks that have no history of profits, is there any a real reason for a stock rise?
