Technically, I think the reverse was done simultaneous with or shortly after the merger. They issued 50mm shares to acquire VLVT and then right after the acquisition was complete, they reversed 1 for 25 but a new ticker symbol VLVT replaced CSMA, so the dreaded 5th letter "D" never appeared. Nothing is impossible but it would be amazing if they can get the 10 filed, reviewed, and get the "No further comment" from the SEC, all before the first of October. TG
